Talking about personal characteristic is a fascinating job. But on on the other hand, it is tough to talk about. This is because the way we describe ourselves may differs from the way other people judge us. However, we know ourselves better so I would talk about my ability to stay calm, even in adverse situation. I am an easy going person who always try to stay peaceful in any situation and for me, it is really an important feature of my personality. From my past experience, I can say that whenever I reacted to anything promptly without understanding the problem clearly, my decisions were always wrong and I had to repent for that at later stage. It is an uncommon characteristic as per my opinion because I have seen numerous people who lose their temper very quickly in severe situation making the stage more awful. So, I would say that this quality is not rare, but very less number of people own this strength.
